Hasty-Bake Cooking Classes

Sign up today! Classes are filling up fast. We only take 25 guests per class. You must register and pay prior to coming to the class to make sure that enough food will be prepared for everyone.
All Classes are held in the Hasty-Bake Outdoor Pavilion @ 1313 South Lewis Ave in Tulsa.
PLEASE NOTE: Classes must be paid in advance because supplies are purchased for the exact amount of students signed up on the day of the class. You must cancel 24 hours prior to the class start time to receive a refund. Any cancellation less than 24 hours to the class start time will forfeit the money paid for the class.
Hasty-Bake 101 Cooking Class (Charcoal Grill)
We will instruct the class on grill care, starting a charcoal fire, food preparation, grill preparation, direct heat grilling, and indirect heat grilling. This class is designed for new Hasty-Bake owners and anyone who wishes to brush up on their outdoor grilling techniques. Basic grill care will be emphasized, as well as the trend away from petroleum products and popular grilling myths. Be prepared to eat what is cooked!
*This class is offered at NO CHARGE to all New Hasty Bake Owners! If your Hasty Bake grill was purchased from our store, you have one year from the date of purchase to attend one of these classes. One person per grill purchase receives the free class. You DO have to make a reservation prior to coming to the class. Please call to make your reservation.
Cost: $25 per person
BBQ 101 - Basic Smoke
We will instruct a class on preparation, seasoning preferences, timelines for smoking different cuts of meat, temperature control over your smoker, and key internal temperatures. Be prepared to eat what is cooked!
Cost: $40 per person
BBQ 102 - Advanced Smoking Techniques
We will instruct a class over smoking vegetables, bread, nuts, and using injection and brines to improve the flavor of the food. Be prepared to eat what is cooked!
Cost: $40 per person
From Sea, To Sear!
Learn the delicate tricks to cooking fabulous seafood (lobster, scallops, shrimp, and salmon). Be prepared to eat what is cooked!
